Radon Testing:
The EPA says that prolonged exposure to elevated levels of radon gas is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer in the U.S. and is responsible for approximately 21,000 deaths each year. Elevated levels of radon have been found in all 50 states. Testing for radon in your home is important and can be performed by a Certified Envirosafe Technician.

Underground Storage Tanks:
Don’t let abandoned underground fuel oil tanks hold up your real estate closing. Envirosafe can drain, fill, or dig up underground storage tanks and give you an EPA manifest to show that you’re in compliance.

Asbestos and Lead Paint:
Most everyone is aware of the hazards these materials. Envirosafe is licensed to perform Asbestos and Lead Paint Abatement, Removal, and encapsulation of these materials.

Moisture Control:
Another specialty Envirosafe is passionate about is Moisture Control. We provide solutions for damp crawl spaces, wet basements, and drainage problems. We install Crawl Space Liners, Vapor Barriers and can add vent fans or additional ventilation to problematic Crawl Spaces.

Mold Testing and Remediation:
Envirosafe is South Carolina’s premiere Mold Remediation and Testing Firm. We’re Certified Indoor Environmentalist and have spent significant time with David C. Straus, Ph.D. of Texas Tech University. In 2000, Rodney Allman watched the CBS show 48 hours episode “Invisible Killers” about the dangers of toxic mold. The show was hosted by Dan Rather of 48 hours and featured Dr. David Straus of Texas Tech’s Health Science Center http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2000/03/02/48hours/main167089.shtml Immediately following the program Rodney contacted Dr. Straus and flew to Texas where he earned one of his many certifications in Mold Testing and Remediation.
